Job summary

Dyson Farming seeks a Property Lead to own day-to-day management of a diverse estate portfolio, including agricultural buildings, residential units and infrastructure. You will work with tenants and advisers to keep assets safe, compliant and well maintained, supporting long-term business needs.

You will coordinate budgets, plans and contractor activity, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high standards. A relevant degree and experience in rural estates are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification in Property Management, Rural Estate Management, Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing a varied property or estate portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation, statutory compliance and health and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections and working with contractors or advisers.
• Able to manage varied priorities, work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the residential and commercial property portfolio.
• Develop and deliver property maintenance and investment plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance activities, and work of internal teams, contractors and advisers.
• Support property budgets, expenditure and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Procure and manage contractors, consultants and suppliers with strong performance and service standards.
• Build relationships with tenants, agents, landowners and internal teams.
• Contribute to wider estate management including residential, rural and leisure operations.
