Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on EHS/SHE experience, ideally in manufacturing.
- Experience supporting 24/7 plant operations.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement local safety and environmental management systems.
- Conduct SHE meetings and audits to ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain an Emergency Response Plan.
Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Project Management skills
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Experience with Lean/TPM tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
