• Experience supporting 24/7 plant operations.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is a plus.

• Lead SHE-related incident management and compliance.
• Drive a positive SHE culture through training and communication.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Understanding of OSHA standards

Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Experience with Lean/TPM tools
