Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a data-focused QA Specialist to support a health program and state-based Exchange oversight. Proficiency with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI is required, along with strong data storytelling and testing skills.

You will collaborate with project coordinators, business analysts and SharePoint developers, develop test plans, validate data quality, and produce executive reports.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Word and PowerPoint
• Expert Excel skills with macros and formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Quantitative skills with databases and spreadsheets
• U.S. residency in last 5 years
• U.S. citizenship required
• 4 years of IT experience including requirements development, programming, testing

Responsibilities

• Support QA for SharePoint online modernizations and test new user-friendly solutions
• Collaborate with business, product, and development teams through SDLC
• Develop and execute detailed, reusable test cases
• Document testing results with clear reproduction steps
• Participate in reviews, user groups, and implementation verification
• Measure software quality and track defects in tracking tools
• Maintain data repositories and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint)
• Generate supplementary reports for stakeholders
• Identify KPIs and analytics needs with customers
• Contribute to SOPs and knowledge sharing
