Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel, including macros and formulas.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.
US citizenship and residency requirements (3 of the last 5 years).
4 years of information technology experience; requirements development, programming, or testing.

Responsibilities

Support QA for migrating SharePoint environments and testing user-friendly solutions across workstreams.
Collaborate with business, product, and development teams throughout SDLC for testing.
Create and execute detailed test plans and reusable test cases.
Document defects, reproduce steps, and track results clearly.
Contribute to data consolidation, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Assist in SOPs, user guides, and knowledge transfer.
