Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a QA Specialist and data specialist to support a prominent healthcare program on a State-based Exchange oversight team. You will apply Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to test and visualize data for stakeholders.

You will work with project coordinators and business analysts to create test plans, document defects, and ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly proficient MS Office including Word and PowerPoint.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quantitative skills with databases and spreadsheets.
• U.S. citizen, residency in the United States for most of the last 5 years.
• 4 years of IT experience including requirements development, programming, or software testing.
• Experience with QA/testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Responsibilities

• Test planning and execution across SDLC, with structured test cases.
• Maintain data repositories and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint).
• Identify, document, and track defects in defect-tracking systems.
• Develop and run data visualizations to tell stories with data.
• Collaborate with project coordinators, business analysts and developers.
• Contribute to SOPs, user guides, and process improvement.
• Monitor data quality and KPI data for stakeholders.
• Support health IT initiatives and government program requirements.
