Job summary

Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is seeking an Experienced IT Support specialist to handle tier 1 (and some tier 2) support for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive within our HQ in Woodland Park, CO. The role emphasizes ticket management, issue clarification, and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with Office 365 suite. Charis Bible College affiliation is a plus; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 (and some tier 2) IT support for SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office 365 tools.
• Manage tickets, clarify issues, and communicate with requestors to resolve problems.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, policies, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Intranet team and other departments to support live systems.
