SharePoint/Office 365 Solutions Architect Needed!

• Full-time

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Ability to analyze information and situations, identify and solve complex problems, reason logically and creatively, and draw valid conclusions
• Experience identifying and prioritizing issues; strong troubleshooting skills with experience remediating complex issues
• Experience with project planning and budget recommendation

• Experience with conducting presentations to various stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts in non‑technical terms
• Ability to develop effective solutions; apply creative thinking in the design and development of methods of processing information with information technology systems
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SharePoint (SharePoint 2010/2013 experience required). Must include minimum of 1 year serving as a SharePoint architect. Experience in SharePoint administration functions.
• Experience: Strong knowledge of SharePoint best practices. Experience with recommending approach, design, and hands‑on development of SharePoint web parts, forms, workflows, etc. At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Office 365 or other enterprise content and collaboration solution(s). Must include minimum of 1 year serving as an Office 365 analyst or administrator.
• Knowledge of: Principles and techniques of administration, organization, and management including an in-depth understanding of the key issues that exist in the health care industry and managing a public agency.
• Understanding of requirements for a governmental setting, and trends in the health care industry. Administrative principles including goal setting, program and budget development and implementation, and employee supervision.
• Local, regional, state, and federal laws, ordinances, regulations, codes, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules, as they relate to managed care, Medicaid and other related business and policies governing managed care issues.
