Cyntel Technologies, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Management Systems Development Support contractor in Linthicum, MD to design and implement SharePoint-based process improvements. The role supports analytics, reporting, and governance for knowledge management across networks and portals.

The position requires an Active TS/SCI clearance, High School Diploma or higher, and extensive experience with KM systems, SharePoint, and governance.

Qualifications

• Requires Security Plus certification.
• Must have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.
• Education requirements include High School Diploma with 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's with 10 years, or a Bachelor's with 8 years, or a Master's with 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SharePoint process improvement solutions for KM.
• Publish minutes and provide recommendations for KM governance and follow-on meetings.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to enable knowledge sharing across organizations.
