Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an Information Technology Specialist II to serve as the ATA Front Office's IT expert, leading SharePoint administration, security, and site development. You will design, test, and sustain office-wide IT solutions, including Power Automate and Power BI dashboards, while coordinating with IRM/CTO and other IT teams.

You will deliver user training, create documentation, and help advance AI-enabled workflows in a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 5+ years in IT solutions preferred.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining IT solutions for enterprise needs.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint environments, metadata, and governance.
• Proven ability to manage IT hardware/software support and inventories.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as ATA’s information technology point of contact for IT support and coordination.
• Lead SharePoint administration, development, and security for the office.
• Plan, design, test, and sustain SharePoint sites and related solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation using Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with IRM/CTO and other IT teams to meet enterprise requirements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and guidance on IT tools and AI capabilities.
