Description York Solutions is hiring Sharepoint Developer in onsite and contract capacity.

Role: Sharepoint Developer

Location: Richfield, MN

Duration: 1 year

Hybrid: 2–3 days per week

Hourly Rate: $50.00-$55.00 W2

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years enterprise SharePoint Online administration experience (tenant + large-scale sites).
• Strong knowledge of governance, permissions, site architecture, and cross-tenant standards.
• 3+ years PowerShell (PnP), Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint REST API experience.
• Experience addressing issues across large, complex M365 environments.
• Strong understanding of classic-to-modern modernization, including patterns, limitations, and workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations, including tools like ShareGate.
• ITSM experience (ServiceNow preferred) and ability to participate in incident/change/problem processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SharePoint Advanced Management and data hygiene practices.
• Experience working in hybrid global teams.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Power Platform governance, Teams integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Experience migrating on-prem data sources to M365.
• Prior enterprise experience with large, distributed SharePoint environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
