A leading company is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to enhance business processes through effective SharePoint solutions. Responsibilities include designing and integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools while maintaining user roles and permissions. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in SharePoint, Power Platform, and relevant certifications. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that improve business processes and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and integration with Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts to meet business requirements.
Build and automate workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer.
Create and maintain PowerApps to extend functionality and user interactivity.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
Manage permissions, access control, and user roles within SharePoint environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.
Migrate content between SharePoint versions or from file shares/legacy systems.
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training or documentation when needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience developing and managing SharePoint environments.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI (basic level).
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, CAML, and CSOM/JSOM.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Ability to analyze business processes and develop solutions to support them.
Preferred Qualifications:
SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-900, PL-400).
Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.
Knowledge of Nintex workflows and forms (if applicable).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
