Job summary

WONESE is seeking an experienced IT professional in Baltimore, Maryland, to assist customers with their SharePoint environments. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability and availability of farms and providing 3rd level support while collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience with SharePoint, a strong passion for collaboration solutions, and the ability to leverage new technologies for customer benefit.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience developing and designing solutions on SharePoint 2013.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint farm components, architecture, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with MVC framework and Agile Development methodologies.

Job description

• Assist customers with administering their SharePoint environments, such as ensuring the reliability & availability of farms, providing 3rd level support, aiding with adoption and training, implementing governance procedures, monitor & provide frequent status health checks of the environment.
• Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, business units, end users, and technology teams to properly support, plan and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with our current and future customer base to deliver new solutions and help them support their existing deployments.
• Evaluate and work with new and upcoming technologies and help our customers maximise their benefit from them.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience developing and designing solutions on SharePoint 2013
• Passion for SharePoint and broader Content and Collaboration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint farm components, architecture, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Understanding of the SharePoint Platform and core feature set, and working knowledge of SharePoint Services; BCS, Search, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS3, Angular, React, or other JS frameworks advantageous
• Familiarity with MVC framework, working knowledge of common architectural patterns, and Agile Development methodologies.
