Genesis10 is seeking a SharePoint Communications Specialist for a contract role in McLean, VA. The position is fully onsite, five days a week, with a pay range of $38.53–$42.63 per hour (W2) and ending in December 2026.

The role focuses on translating technical topics into concise content and enabling change through messaging and content delivery. The candidate will draft communications, develop job aids, and support updates, while leveraging SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal or external communications and change enablement.
• Strong writing and editing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Change management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic video editing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and develop business communications.
• Create and update job aids.
• Support ongoing content updates.
• Independently research, evaluate, and summarize complex information with accuracy.
