Job summary

Sentar seeks an Application Engineer - Level II to design, develop, and implement business applications using SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Service within DoD IT infrastructure. You will architect solutions from business rules, present designs to clients, and create technical specifications.

Preferred candidates have SharePoint Online experience, AD permissions knowledge, and basic programming/JSON skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a valid IAT II certification.
Experience with SharePoint Online, SPS, and WSS administration/customization.
Knowledge of Active Directory permissions and user/groups management.
Basic programming concepts and JSON formatting skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business applications using SharePoint technologies (SPS, WSS).
Architect and present technical solutions to clients and document designs (functional/technical specs).
Create automated solutions via scripts to improve enterprise processes.
Ensure security, backups, and data integrity across platforms.
Prepare design documents and test plans for new implementations.
