The Multifamily IT SharePoint Team supports the Multifamily division wide automation effort and 240+ SharePoint sites.
Your Impact:
The Multifamily IT SharePoint Team is seeking a skilled SharePoint Tech Lead Developer/SME to assist in developing SharePoint Online Sites and automation projects, analyzing business needs and translating requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 8-10 years related experience.
Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in all areas of SharePoint development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, and release management.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on capabilities of SharePoint.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on development skills and experience in developing and designing enterprise grade power automate flows to support process automation and system integration.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on development skills and experience in architecting and developing scalable power apps (Canvas and Model driven) for business workflows.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on development skills and experience in PowerBI for interactive dashboards using SharePoint, Excel or other sources.
Extensive hands-on development skills and experience in SharePoint Online modern web site and web page design.
Familiar with Macro (VBA or Python) of Excel VBA Solutions for reporting and data processing.
8+ years with Power platform including solution governance and advanced flows.
String background in Excel automation (VBA/macros).
Strong API integration knowledge (REST, Graph API).
Mentor and guide developers across SharePoint, Power platform and scripting technologies. Provide technical direction to team of developers and analysts.
Conduct code reviews, architecture assessments and quality checks.
Stay up to date on emerging technology trends, especially in MS 365, Power platform and automation tools to drive continuous innovation.
Work with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements, create POCs and deliver solution demos for feedback and alignment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
