Job summary

BNY is seeking a Shareholder Services Representative I to join our Retail Customer Service team in Lake Mary, FL. This role involves answering inbound calls to assist Retail Direct shareholders, processing financial transactions, and providing support for online accounts.

Qualifications

• High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in support of Retail Direct shareholders.
• Assist with processing financial transactions and provide account information.
• Provide advanced technical assistance for shareholders’ online accounts.
• Review shareholder accounts for errors and escalate issues as needed.
• Track progress of escalated matters for proper follow up.
• Provide guidance to junior staff members.
