• Developing detailed factual chronologies and theories of corporate misconduct
• Conducting legal research and assisting with motion practice
• Reviewing and analyzing document productions and corporate records
• Performing client intake
• Assisting with discovery, case management, settlement and mediation preparation, and other litigation responsibilities
• Working directly with the firm's partners on case strategy and development
