What You’ll Do

Associates in this role will work closely with experienced litigators on high‑stakes securities and corporate governance matters. Responsibilities may include:

• Drafting pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
• Conducting legal research and factual investigations
• Analyzing securities filings, corporate disclosures, financial reports, and governance materials
• Supporting case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and settlement efforts
• Working directly with partners and senior attorneys on active litigation

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• The ability to work independently and manage assignments responsibly
• A genuine interest in securities litigation, corporate governance, financial markets, or shareholder rights
