Qualifications

• At least 2 years of financial industry experience, preferably in a research/analytical position.
• Solid understanding of the stock market.
• Ability to research across multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Research and report on top shareholders' ownership of public companies.
• Produce reports summarizing shareholder voting patterns.
• Craft investor roadhows for corporate situations.
