Qualifications

• Imminent junior or senior year of university with accounting/finance/business focus.
• Proficient in Excel and Adobe tools; experience with Office 365 preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of stock and equity transfer applications and auditing for compliance.
• Assist with verifying and recording security filings, to include crop liens, UCC agreements and equity securities.
• Assist with preparation of Shareholder beet payments.
• Coordinate and assist in reviewing Shareholder agreements for compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
