Responsibilities

• Analyze department metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Assist with ERP conversion projects and ensure data integrity in financial systems.
• Support the implementation of a cash automation system to streamline processes.
• Assist credit representatives with managing customer debits.
• Collaborate with cash application specialists to reconcile deductions and repayments.
• Handle various special projects for the Credit and Shared Services team.
