GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking an Associate Shared Services Analyst in Louisville, KY to support process improvement and accounts payable/receivable activities. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Shared Services, Sales and customers to resolve unpaid balances and improve cash flow.

You will assist with Oracle ERP processes, maintain accurate reporting, and help drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy across the order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle EBS R12 in AP and/or AR modules.
  • Experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable or accounting/financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Provides daily support to functional team members in process improvement projects aimed at improving past due receivables performance and cross-functional synergies.
  • Partners with Commercial and Operations teams to remedy upstream processes and identify drivers of past due balances.
  • Works with Shared Services, Sales, Operations, and customers to resolve unpaid balances.
  • Collaborates with Risk Management on credit line reviews and monitoring of high-risk accounts.
  • Provides support for the Sales team and maintains high level of customer service, including timely release of customer orders.
  • Works with Digital Technology and Oracle ERP teams to optimize system processes.
  • Leads projects to improve process efficiency.
  • Facilitates internal and external meetings with customers to monitor and resolve issues and pursue improvements.
