Potential Projects

Support accounting process innovation initiatives within the Shared Services General Ledger (GL) Accounting team by leveraging AI‑driven solutions and automation to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and drive more agile accounting processes across multiple business units.

What We Are Looking For

Preferred Major:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing.

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles through introductory accounting coursework.
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated willingness to learn.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship, work, or project experience utilizing Excel for data analysis or reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Exposure to AI tools and technologies used to improve business processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities.

What We Offer

Compensation:

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 – $27.20 pay rate/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
