Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Experience in a shared services environment and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Perform core AR or AP responsibilities based on area of focus.
• Coordinate end-to-end AR activities: credit assessment, collections, cash application.
• Coordinate end-to-end AP activities: invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, approvals.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies and internal controls.
• Serve as primary contact for customer or vendor inquiries; resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and master data.
• Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and processes.
• Participate in automation projects and ERP enhancements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Support cross-training to cover both AR and AP workflows.
