Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Shared Ownership Coordinator for a remote UK role. You will be the main contact for shared owners, guiding through resales, staircasing and other transactions from first enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance with leases and S106 agreements.

You will coordinate with sales agents, solicitors and advisers, manage multiple live cases, update clients on progress and contribute to KPI reporting while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in shared ownership, leasehold, property sales or housing.
• Solid understanding of resales and staircasing.
• Ability to manage multiple live cases concurrently with accuracy.
• Knowledge of transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions.
• Experience with S106 agreements.

Responsibilities

• Handling enquiries from shared owners quickly and professionally
• Progressing resales, staircasing, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions through to completion
• Listing homes and working with sales agents, solicitors and financial advisers to keep cases moving
• Checking transactions against lease terms and S106 requirements
• Keeping systems and trackers accurate for reporting and KPIs
• Updating clients on transaction progress and service performance

The role

As Shared Ownership Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for shared owners across the portfolio. You’ll guide customers through resales, staircasing and other transactions from first enquiry to completion, and make sure everything stays compliant with leases and S106 agreements. The role is remote, working Monday - Friday 9-5:30.
