Salary ranges from $45,760 to $49,920 based on experience and certifications; the position includes a hybrid schedule once the introductory period is completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates/bachelor preferred.
• At least one year of experience in social services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight support services to the Shared Living program.
• Serve as liaison among providers, families/guardians, and other service providers.
• Monitor progress toward consumer goals and HCBS Global Settings compliance.
