Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Safety Health and Environmental Coordinator/Manager for its Adhesive Technologies manufacturing environment. You will identify SH&E impacts, monitor regulatory changes and train staff on prevention measures, while driving process safety improvements.

Ideal candidates will manage SH&E data, track program progress and reports for plant leadership. Foundational experience in manufacturing SH&E is required with growth opportunities within Henkel.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience as a Safety Health and Environmental Coordinator or Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Develop, manage, and improve safety systems and processes.
• Understand permit language and report on safety and environmental matters.
• Understand leading indicators for safety and environmental performance.
• Identify issues and develop preventive plans.
• Manage SH&E data and report to management/plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, determine applicability and communicate potential SH&E impact.
• Monitor, communicate and implement regulation changes.
• Provide training to internal customers as prevention measures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process safety optimization.
• Manage and track safety program progress and regulatory permits.
