Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an experienced SH&E Process and Systems Manager to lead the development of SH&E workflows, dashboards and reporting, while driving process improvements across the organization.

This role partners with SH&E leaders to align tools with business needs and to advance the company’s safety and environmental programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in SH&E, professional certifications, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Health and Environment or related field required.
• 10+ years experience in Safety, Health and Environmental field required.
• Certifications such as CIH, CSP, ASP, CHMM, CHST or equivalent SH&E PM experience.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Leadership skills to manage a staff and advance SH&E program goals.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of SH&E workflows, reporting, and information management.
• Simplify and automate routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Oversee SH&E data, analytics, dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Create forms, templates, and automated workflows for SH&E programs.
• Develop standards, guidance, and training for SH&E data, reporting, and digital solutions.
• Partner with SH&E leaders and stakeholders to align tools with operational needs.
• Serve as SH&E project manager, liaising between IT and SH&E.
