Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/ENV field or related degree.
• 3–5+ years of EHS experience in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other safety regulations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture across the facility and drive improvements.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and field observations.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and OSHA recordables using root cause analysis.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to eliminate hazards and ensure compliance.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and support regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for site personnel.
• Track and communicate safety performance metrics and trends.
• Support contractor safety programs and site access requirements.
