Our Robinson, Illinois facility plays an important role in our U.S. manufacturing operations, and we are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) Specialist to champion safety excellence, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance across the site.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will serve as the site's primary SH&E resource while partnering closely with corporate SH&E leaders, site management, regulatory agencies, contractors, and employees to advance a proactive safety culture and ensure environmental compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).3-5+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in an industrial, manufacturing, chemical, mining, energy, or heavy industrial environment. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations. Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others without direct authority. Demonstrated ability to build credibility with both hourly and salaried employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting systems.
Experience working in chemical processing, refinery, calcination, carbon, mining, metals, or other process manufacturing environments preferred.
