Job summary

HDR is hiring for an SH&E Process and Systems Manager to lead the design and automation of SH&E workflows, reporting, and data management. The role drives dashboards and analytics, aligns tools with business needs, and mentors teams across safety and environmental disciplines.

The incumbent will oversee data governance, develop standards, and partner with IT and stakeholders to deliver digital SH&E solutions in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Safety Health and Environmental field.
• Certification in SH&E fields such as CIH, CSP, ASP, CHMM or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA and ANSI regulatory standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with business systems, workflow automation, reporting platforms, databases and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of SH&E workflows, reporting, and information management.
• Simplify and automate routine tasks to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Oversee SH&E data, analytics, dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting.
• Create forms, templates, and automated workflows that support SH&E programs.
• Develop standards, guidance, and training for SH&E data, reporting, and digital solutions.
• Partner with SH&E leaders and business stakeholders to align SH&E tools with operational and business needs.
• Liaison between IT and SH&E and serve as SH&E project manager for related projects.
