The National Center for Sexual Violence Prevention (NCSVP) isseeking a Research Associate II (Sponsor Funded)
to support andexpand its research initiatives. This position will contribute toall aspects of federally funded research and support the Center'sefforts to advance the field of public health through high-qualityresearch, technical expertise, and research dissemination.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide technical and methodological oversight across activeresearch projects to support study protocol fidelity, scientificintegrity, and research quality.
- Evaluate data collection quality, oversee complex datacollection procedures, design protocol adaptations, and direct teammembers and students on specialized technical tasks, datamanagement, and research compliance.
- Provide technical assistance on complex experimental protocolsand train lower-level staff and students in research protocols andprocedures.
- Facilitate routine and strategic project meetings focused onresearch execution, protocol troubleshooting, and qualitycontrol.
- Prepare meeting agendas, lead meetings, document minutes,coordinate schedules, and follow up on action items and next stepswith members of the research team.
- Assist with identifying workflow inefficiencies and contributeto the development of process improvements and solutions whenresearch or project-related challenges arise.
- Lead post-award administrative and regulatory management forgrants and help ensure compliance with funding agency standards andinstitutional requirements.
- Communicate grant deadlines, administrative requirements, andreporting expectations to the research team and provide trainingand support to lower-level staff and students on administrativetasks.
- Contribute to research dissemination activities, includingscientific data analysis, preparation of scientific manuscripts andpapers, and presentations at national conferences.
- Mentor staff and students in research methods, data analysis,scientific writing, presentations, and other research-relatedactivities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree and one year of related experience, or acombination of education and related experience.
