Qualifications

• Experience performing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality, including front-end and back-end validation.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain supporting testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams for resolution.
• Perform risk assessments and contribute to quality and risk management processes.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and quality expectations.
