Job summary

OmniForce Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented email marketing specialist to support campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketo. You will code responsive HTML/CSS emails from design files, test across clients, schedule deployments, and report on performance.

You will build segmentation, automations, and personalization using AMPscript or tokens, ensure QA and compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR, and collaborate with marketing and design teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coding responsive HTML/CSS emails from design files (Figma/Adobe XD/PSD).
• Proficient with AMPscript or velocity tokens for personalization.
• Experience building campaigns in SFMC or Marketo.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR compliance.
• Email QA and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Code responsive HTML/CSS emails from designs (Figma, XD, PSD).
• Ensure cross-client compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, iOS).
• Use AMPscript or tokens for personalization.
• Build and test campaigns in SFMC or Marketo.
• Set up segmentation, automation workflows, and triggers.
• Manage email QA and approvals before scheduling.
• Analyze deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and optimize.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance and best practices.
