Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience or similar marketing automation experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to provide optimization insights.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration of campaign configuration and journey build.
• Develops and configures sender/email profile configuration.
• Leads audience entry/exit criteria and campaign goals.
• Structures journey decision splits and updates with version control.
• Develops and configures dynamic content and personalization requirements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Performs QA and platform health checklist tasks and supports campaign optimization sessions.
