SFDC Sales, Service and Experience Cloud Developer

We are currently seeking a SFDC Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Developer to join our team remotely in Karnataka, India.

Role Overview

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in building the next generation of digital services across the SFDC platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, Tableau, and more. You will work with a talented global team, focusing on training, certifications, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce platform.
2. Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations.
3. Act as a first point of escalation for service issues and coordinate with project managers and stakeholders.
4. Prepare and review test scripts, conduct unit testing.
5. Provide training, support, and leadership to project teams.
6. Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages following Salesforce standards.
7. Create Apex test classes with at least 90% coverage.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with at least 5 projects in a development role.
2. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
3. Sales or Service Cloud Certification.
4. 3+ years developing custom logic in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Triggers.
5. Knowledge of APIs, SFDC Integration, Web Services (REST/SOAP), DevOps, and data visibility.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of reports, dashboards, SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Aura Framework, data migration, and sandbox environments.
• Understanding of security controls, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
