Responsibilities

• Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the project requirements and developing a testing strategy, test case development, testing, tracking, and reporting.
• Should have experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate test methodologies, leading test teams, managing resources, monitoring the testing process, and resolving issues and risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools and techniques, Agile methodology.
• Technical skills: SFDC, Selenium, Jira.
• Good analysis or problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Experience working on an onsite/offshore model.
