Position: SFDC Manager

Job Summary
The SFDC Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery, administration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the organization's Salesforce platform. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise technology teams, and external Salesforce partners to translate business needs into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
The SFDC Manager will provide technical and delivery leadership across Salesforce initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, enterprise technology standards, Salesforce best practices, and established governance processes. The role will also oversee Salesforce resources and partner teams, manage priorities and delivery commitments, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce/SFDC, with significant experience in Salesforce implementation, development, administration, architecture, or platform management.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and delivering complex Salesforce initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands‑on understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, security, data model, integrations, and Lightning Platform.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience managing Salesforce implementation partners, managed‑service providers, and distributed technical teams.
- Experience with Salesforce SDLC, release management, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and actionable technical plans.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, delivery dependencies, risks, and competing business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Architect certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce products such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem capabilities.
- Experience leading Salesforce modernization, migration, consolidation, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment and managing technology vendors or strategic partners.
