SFDC Technical Architect

Sales Force Architect (Level 9)

Key responsibilities:

• Present a deep understanding of Salesforce products, releases and roadmap in discussions with customer key stakeholders & decision makers.
• Design functional, systematic and integration detailed architectures.
• Assess Source Data Systems and analyze data elements that need to be integrated.
• Create Data Migration Strategy.
• Actively participate in implementation planning meetings.
• Provide high‑level as well as low‑level estimates, high‑level solutions and help with RFPs.
• Drive & demonstrate prototypes to stakeholders.
• Conduct walkthroughs and obtain sign‑offs on architecture, design and deliverables.
• Drive standardization of design across customer businesses.
• Work and guide offshore development & support teams on technical matters & troubleshooting.
• Facilitate & lead techno‑functional discussion with Salesforce.com professional services.
• Drive improvements in development process, templates, frameworks & accelerators.

Background / Critical skills:

SFDC Resource – Configuration & Apex Programming

• 6–7 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and Apex programming.
• Excellent communication skills and strong work experience in SFDC.
• Knowledge of Apex programming and customer interaction experience.
• SFDC Developer 401 certification required.

SFDC Integration Lead

• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming and integration.
• Proven experience integrating SFDC with other applications.
• SFDC Developer certification.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑management experience.
• Knowledge of SFDC APIs.
• Experience with web services and integrating applications through middleware technologies.

SFDC Program Manager

• 12–15 years of overall experience.
• Experience in project planning, tracking, risk management, customer interaction and managing project financials.
• Experience managing large complex projects with 25–30 resources.
• Ability to lead the implementation of projects from end to end.
• Negotiation skills and understanding of project financials.
• Experience managing SFDC projects; SFDC certification is a plus.

General Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
