Job description

Required Technical / Functional Skills

• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience across multiple Salesforce cloud platforms.
• 5+ years of experience delivering end‑to‑end enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing strategy, solution architecture, implementation, and management.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configurations including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Profiles, Permission Sets, and SSO.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, Authentication & Authorization, and PII/Data Security.
• Hands‑on experience with Service Cloud, Service Console, Omni‑Channel, Live Agent, and Knowledge Management.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect, and APIs (Bulk API, Metadata API, Tooling API, etc.).
• Experience in data migration, deployment strategies, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of declarative vs programmatic solution design and AppExchange‑based implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Prepare and present BRD/FSD/Blueprint documents aligned with customer business and technical needs.
• Drive high‑level and low‑level solution architecture and technical design for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Provide best‑practice recommendations on Salesforce architecture, CRM strategy, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to define optimal implementation approaches.
• Lead integration, security, deployment, and data migration initiatives across Salesforce ecosystems.
• Support pre‑sales activities including solutioning, estimation, scope definition, and SOW preparation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice capability development and architectural governance.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and cost‑effective Salesforce solutions for E&U domain clients.
