Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Salesforce & Integration to lead architecture strategy, design governance, and solution alignment across large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise integration ecosystems. This role will define target-state architecture, ensure scalability and security, and guide delivery teams across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise architecture strategy for Salesforce programs, including target-state architecture, roadmap, and governance.
• Design and govern integration architecture using API-led, event-driven, and middleware-based approaches (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent).
• Architect solutions across Salesforce clouds including Service, Experience, Marketing, Data, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards for security, identity (OAuth/SSO), data protection, and platform performance.
• Lead architecture reviews, design validations, and provide guidance on solution best practices.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts including HLDs, integration patterns, reference architectures, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural oversight across development and delivery streams.
• Support PoCs and validate design decisions for complex or high-risk implementations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, GDPR where applicable).

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and cloud ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platforms such as:
• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud
• Marketing Cloud
• Data Cloud / Financial Services Cloud
• Strong integration architecture experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable architecture design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present architecture decisions to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., AutoRABIT or similar release management tools).
• Salesforce certifications such as:
• Integration Architect
• Sharing & Visibility Architect
• Application / System Architect
• CTA (preferred)
• Experience in BFSI domain with awareness of compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR.
