You will design robust QA processes, guide testing across unit, integration, and UI/UX layers, and collaborate with PMs, BAs, engineers and designers to deliver high-quality ecommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in SFCC testing.
• Experience leading QA teams.
• Strong testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience with SFCC Business Manager.
• Experience with agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team across unit, UI/UX, and integration testing.
• Design and implement company-wide QA processes.
• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, engineers, and designers.
• Create and document test cases and scripts for ecommerce launches.
• Mentor junior QA team members.
• Drive test efficiency and tool improvements.
• Coordinate testing with other vendor apps and Salesforce Clouds.
• Participate in team meetings to align testing efforts.
