Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer for SFCC/eCommerce in a full-time remote role. You will review work for clients, perform various tests, and help ensure high-quality ecommerce solutions in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.

You will design QA processes, create test cases, and collaborate with project managers, analysts, engineers, and designers to deliver stable launches. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Jira/Confluence is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of QA experience.
• 2+ years with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience testing ecommerce platforms.
• Familiar with SFCC Business Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on SFCC sites.
• Design, document, and implement QA processes company wide.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.
• Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches.
• Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds.
• Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements
• Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers.

About the job QA Engineer (SFCC/eCommerce)

We are seeking a talented QA for a full-time remote opportunity. In this role you will review and provide feedback on the work we provide for our clients. The environment is fast paced and the ability to switch between clients and projects quickly is a must.

QA Responsibilities:

• Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites.
• Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years experience with QA
• Minimum of 2 + years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Preferred)
• Experience with testing ecommerce platform/s
• Firm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions
• Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your own
• Able to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment
• Experience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business Manager
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment is a plus
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems.
