You will cultivate trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors, perform qualification conversations, and keep accurate records for follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with founders and ecosystem actors.
• Ability to assess founder-fit, timing, and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to manage a relationship pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors in San Francisco Bay Area.
• Identify founders whose companies fit qualification criteria.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand company, stage, goals, and needs.
• Obtain permission before introductions or sharing contact information.
• Provide concise context for internal teams to prepare founder conversations.
• Maintain timely records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-up.
• Represent the organization accurately without promising funding or outcomes.
