Alto is hiring rideshare drivers to join our San Francisco team. As a W-2 employee, you’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app and earn hourly pay plus tips and benefits.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with raises after a month, weekly pay options, and a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts. You’ll enjoy healthcare coverage and flexible scheduling designed for drivers in California.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app and complete passenger trips.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.
• Accept weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay as described.
