We cover all vehicle costs including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses. The top drivers earn over $25/hour with bonuses, and a $1,000 bonus is available after 25 shifts. Weekly pay options are provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25+ years old.
• Valid California Driver's License with ≥1 year of US driving experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete rider trips on Uber.
• Operate as a W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly pay, tips, and benefits.
• Maintain safety and vehicle standards; comply with company policies.
