Job summary

Alto is hiring RideShare drivers in San Francisco. As a W-2 employee, you’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV and serve passengers via the Uber app, with a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips and benefits.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with raises after about a month, weekly bonuses, and the option to get paid daily through On-Demand Pay. A $1,000 bonus is available after 25 shifts for eligible drivers, with health coverage included.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions from the Uber platform).
