Job summary

Rho seeks an IT Engineer to own our technology backbone in San Francisco, keeping the office and distributed team running smoothly. You’ll handle employee IT support, device lifecycle management, identity systems, and scalable IT operations for a high‑growth fintech.

You will work hands‑on in the SF office five days a week, resolving issues quickly and documenting best practices to enable scale. Strong emphasis on onboarding new hires and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience administering macOS and Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration.
• Experience managing office IT infrastructure including networking, AV, and conference room tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support—hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting.
• Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including provisioning and secure offboarding.
• Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools).
• Manage the SF office IT infrastructure—networking, AV, conference rooms, and on‑site hardware.
• Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self‑service resources that scale with growth.
• Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls and asset management.
• Lead IT onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless day‑one experience.
