Job summary

Lippert is seeking a sewer to join its textile team in a full-time role in the United States. The successful candidate will operate sewing machines in a manufacturing environment, set up equipment, inspect finished garments, and maintain production records.

Physical stamina is required to lift up to 65 pounds and to work extended shifts as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma; prior sewing operations experience is beneficial.

• Experience operating sewing machines in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up sewing machines and peripherals for the process.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed (needles, threads, plates).
• Inspect products after sewing and before packaging.
• Keep records of orders processed and garment specs.
• Separate quality-passed garments and identify defective items for correction or disposal.
• Ensure textile parts match color lots and patterns.
